Team Leader
Lewis is a Team Leader at Personalised Support Systems, coordinating staff and participants with their support needs. He has six years’ experience in disability and brings a strong focus on practical, person-centred support. What he enjoys most is seeing participants reach their potential with our staff and watching good support make a real difference. Outside of work, Lewis is usually split between soccer and getting outdoors with his dog, preferably somewhere with good weather and water to dive into.
