Matt came to disability support after watching his mother thrive in this work. He studied youth work, ran his own disability service, and eventually joined forces with Fernando to build Personalised Support Systems into what it is today.
Matt manages operations but never stopped doing the work. He’s still in the hubs, still supporting participants, and still the first person to answer when families have questions.
