Whether you’re finishing school, looking for a new direction, or ready to reconnect with your community, this is a space where growth happens naturally. Our programs focus on practical skills, personal goals, and experiences that feel meaningful.
Connection is at the heart of what we do. Participants have the opportunity to meet new people, build real friendships, and form positive relationships in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Here, you’re encouraged to explore your interests, try new things, and grow at your own pace while being supported by an energetic team.
If you’re looking for something purposeful and empowering, we’d love to welcome you and show you what makes this hub special.
Forget community halls with folding chairs. This hub was built from the ground up for disability support.
where "I made this" becomes "I can cook for myself." Professional equipment, real recipes, actual independence.
with soundproofed walls, guitars, drums, keyboards, and mics. Whether you're learning your first chord or recording original tracks, this is your space to make noise.
with big windows, natural light, and quality materials. Paint on the floor is expected. Creativity without apology.
with dim lights, weighted blankets, and calm. Not a timeout space. A tool for self-regulation that participants learn to use on their own terms.
with proper equipment, not a dusty treadmill in the corner. Sessions led by Exercise Physiologists who understand disability-specific goals.
for allied health on-site. OT, speech, exercise physiology without driving across town.
with couches, games, and music playing. Where friendships happen between programs.
This is where independence, confidence, and connection get built through doing things you actually want to do.

Most of our participants come from Melbourne's East, but if you're willing to travel, you're welcome here.
Don't see your suburb? If this hub feels like the right fit, distance doesn't have to stop you. We've had families travel from across Melbourne because they couldn't find the right support closer to home.

Personalised Support Systems began with a simple goal: to build a community where people feel connected, supported, and genuinely at home.
From day one, we’ve focused on creating an organisation where relationships form naturally, skills grow through real experiences, and participants feel encouraged to be themselves.
Our first hub opened in Nunawading to support individuals and families across Melbourne’s East. What started as a small idea has grown into a thriving community, now welcoming participants from the south-east and north-west. Today, we operate two purpose-built hubs where people can connect, have fun, and make new mates.
The founders remain hands-on, our team is consistent and committed, and participants continue to choose us because they feel a strong sense of belonging. That connection between people, place, and purpose is what shapes everything we do. And we’re proud of a support team that brings this community to life every day.
If I could give more stars I would! Personalised Support Systems are an amazing, caring, professional team of people. They have made us feel so comfortable, informed, supported and truly excited about the future! Fernando has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
To now finally after 23 years, be able to take a step back from my son's care, knowing he is well looked after medically, mentally, socially and emotionally and allow him the independence he deserves, is a huge relief. The trust I have in this company and these young men caring for my son is immense.
Finding Personalised Support Systems has been the best thing to happen to me in a while. I'm forever grateful for making life fun at a time it could have been dreadful - getting me out of the house and into the world, and giving me support workers who became just as much my friends.
Book a visit. Walk through the spaces. Meet the team. No pressure, just a look around to see if it feels right for you..
In-home care. Community access. Group programs. Allied health. We support participants of all ages across Melbourne metro and regional areas.
