Our gym has proper equipment and sessions led by qualified Exercise Physiologists. Not personal trainers counting reps. Allied health professionals who understand disability-specific goals and how to get there safely.
Fitness isn’t about aesthetics. It’s about what your body can do. Strength, balance, coordination, endurance. Participants set their own goals and work towards them at their own pace. Some want to build muscle. Others want to feel less tired. All of it counts.
